I received the wrong product, what should I do?

Can I return a bath bomb that has been opened or used?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on opened or used bath bombs for hygiene reasons. However if there is any issue with your product, please contact us and we will always find a solution for you.
I never received my package but tracking says delivered, what do I do?

Please first check with your neighbors and local post office. If the package still cannot be found, contact us at contact@bathbombgifts.com and we will investigate and find the best solution for you.
