At BathBombGifts, your satisfaction is our top priority. We have made our policy as simple and transparent as possible so you always know exactly what to expect.
NO PHYSICAL RETURN NEEDED You never need to ship anything back. All issues are resolved quickly by email. Just contact us and we take care of everything.
WHEN YOU ARE FULLY PROTECTED
1. Lost Package If your package is lost by the carrier, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund. No questions asked.
2. Damaged or Wrong Item If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7days of delivery with a photo or short video as proof. We will immediately send a replacement or refund you in full.
3. Package Not Received If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, please first contact your local post office to report the issue. If the problem is not resolved, contact us and we will find a solution for you.
4. Shipping Delay If your tracking number shows no update for 30 consecutive days, contact us for a full refund or a free replacement.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Customer unavailable at time of delivery
- Products that have been opened or used
- Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, snowstorms, etc.)
- Orders where the customer simply changed their mind
WRONG ADDRESS POLICY Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your order. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a redelivery attempt can be arranged at a cost of $10 USD per attempt. BathBombGifts is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM To resolve any issue, please email us at contact@bathbombgifts.com and include the following :
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME Once your refund request is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
