Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time We ship to Canada, the USA, and internationally. Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:
- Canada & USA : 5-10 business days
- International : 6-10business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, or due to customs delays.
Shipping Costs Free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your email.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages BathBombGifts is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, BathBombGifts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
